Where Lucid processes personal information on behalf of an enterprise customer through Lucid AI Suite, the enterprise customer generally determines the purposes and means of processing its data, subject to the applicable contractual arrangements between Lucid and that customer.

Customer data processed through Lucid AI Suite is not used for unrelated Lucid advertising or marketing purposes unless authorized or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
