Can Lucid replace the multiple tools we currently use for data modeling, cataloging, and orchestration?

Yes. Lucid is designed to consolidate several common data functions into one unified experience. Many organizations use it to streamline or replace fragmented data toolchains and reduce overhead—without compromising on control or governance.

Does Lucid support all types of data formats?

Lucid currently supports structured and semi-structured enterprise ERP & application data. Unstructured data (like PDFs or images) should be processed and normalized before being onboarded into the platform.

Is our data ever accessed or stored by Lucid?

No. Lucid runs entirely within your cloud environment. We do not access, process, or store your enterprise data. You maintain full ownership and control, ensuring data privacy and compliance.

Can Lucid be deployed in any cloud or hybrid environment?

Yes. Lucid is cloud-agnostic. It works seamlessly in public, private, or hybrid cloud environments—including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or any infrastructure you currently use.

How is Lucid priced?

Lucid’s pricing is based on the volume of data source models you onboard into the platform. It’s not tied to the number of users, features, or environments—making it scalable and predictable. We also offer custom pricing to meet certain enterprise needs.

What does the onboarding process look like?

It starts with deploying Lucid in your environment, identifying a pilot use case, and completing a 2-4-week implementation cycle. Lucid provides training, professional services, and ongoing support to help your team hit the ground running.

What kind of information does Lucid collect about users or usage?

Lucid does not collect any personal, account, or usage data from within your environment. The only information we may store is communication-related—like emails exchanged with our support or onboarding teams—and only for legitimate business purposes.

Does Lucid use our data to train Large Language Models (LLMs)?

Never. Lucid does not use your data to train any LLMs, either internally or externally. All data stays within your environment, and your data remains fully protected with in your cloud infrastructure managed by you.
